Outpatient Continuum Programs provide clients with opportunities to expand independent living skills while increasing responsibilities. Clients may admit directly to the outpatient programs or based on clinical need, may step down from intensive residential treatment.
Partial Hospitalization Program
Lifeskills South Florida Outpatient Center offers clients a Partial Hospitalization Program (PHP), which provides clients autonomy in a safe environment to practice recovery skills in real life situations. A customized treatment plan that includes individual and group therapy sessions help clients to learn the coping skills needed to live an independent life outside of treatment. Many clients in PHP may be working, volunteering, or attending school.
Intensive Outpatient Program
The Intensive Outpatient Program (IOP) is a step-down level of treatment designed to help support the recovery process and help clients receive supportive services with ease. IOP is 10 hours of treatment per week and based upon the intake assessment, prior to admission, there is an 8 or 12-week track.
Osceola House, a FARR certified transitional living community, is comprised of supervised homes that offer both men and women independent, supported living in gender-specific housing.
As clients attend outpatient care, college, or participate in community activities, Osceola House provides supervised, structured living support with 24/7 care by our compassionate staff.
We provide transportation to IOP, recovery and mental health support meetings in the community, general errands and appointments. Clients are allowed to use bikes, community transportation, and personal vehicles after acclimating to the program and with approval from the primary therapist.
